DEATH ADVISORY

A rider was killed on a zip line in the Philippines in 2009
due to the use of fabricated equipment and the
lack of rescue training by the zip line staff.

Update: A second rider was killed on a zip line in December 2010
due to the operator not following industry standards.

Two tragedies that did not have to happen.
